We are honoured to provide cuisine grounded in Red River Métis culture in the National Homeland of the Red River Métis, and on Treaty No. 1 Territory, the traditional lands of the Anishinaabeg, Ininiwak, Anishininew, Dakota and Dené. We acknowledge that Winnipeg is home to many Inuit. We are grateful to Treaty 3 Territory Shoal Lake 39 and 40 First Nations, who provide Winnipeg's clean drinking water and to the Treaty territories who provide us with electricity.  We respect the spirit and intent of Treaties and Treaty Making, including that related to the Manitoba Métis Federation – the National Government of the Red River Métis. We appreciate the opportunity provided by our National Government to trade internationally with the Pastos Indigenous Nation of Columbia, who provide BoND with Inty-Quilla Products.

We appreciate the opportunity to work with Red River Métis, First Nations and Inuit partners, and all non-Indigenous guests of BoND, who support the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada’s Call to Action 92, in the spirit of truth and reconciliation.
